Dirt work has started on a shopping center that will go up at the corner of 19th St and Sunnylane. It's an unusual spot because that part of town is not very busy.

Right across the street is a old gas station . No idea what stores will go in said shopping center.

A crappy strip center is going to suck. I've always liked that side of town because it feels so rural out there. It's kind of a stupid place to develop anything like that, anyway.
