I went into settings and didn't see how to add items to exclude when searching latest posts. It looks like none and politics are the only choices and I see no way of adding anything to choose. I also am not sure of the syntax to create a custom URL to click on. I tried doing this:http://www.okctalk.com/search.php?do=getnew&contenttype=vBForum_Post&exclude=24&exclude=95 but it took out the sports and put in the politics.

Click on Advanced Search (under the search bar, top right)
Click Search Single Content Type
Search Type: Posts
Ignore "Search for Posts" section
Additional options is our main section.

There are a few ways to proceed from here. If you open up a specific forum (outside this search menu) and then click on Forum Tools, you'll have the option to "Subscribe to this Forum...." You can subscribe to all of the forums you are interested in. Back in the Advanced Search under "Search in Forums" you'll want to highlight "Search Subscribed Forums". The other option is to hold the CTRL button, scroll through that list of forums, and highlight each one you want included.

Either way...

Find Posts: "Your Last Visit" and "Newer"
Search Now.
Bookmark the URL.

I think this should work.
