I've noticed the past couple of days some activity on the SE corner of NW Expressway and Piedmont Road. First a portable container/office was placed a few hundred yards east of Piedmont Road. Then yesterday and today I saw Flintco trucks parked and folks inside the office/container. Then today an OG&E line truck was there along with some electrical contractor trucks installing a fairly large electrical panel and junction box. I don't suspect anything residential with Flintco being involved. Does anyone know what's going in here? I've heard numerous rumors but they are just that. Such as Lowes, Braums, OnCue, etc.

Interesting considering there is a Mercy clinic/walkin facility just 4 miles down NW Expressway. But then Integris just opened on here in Surrey Hills.
