I've been a customer of theirs for over two *decades* and never got anything like that.

Which is amazing as Cable still has not really adapted. You still have to get enormous packages of channels that you never watch just to see one or two. Not to mention overpriced on all regards, and even with the wonderful new Contour system, I still have trouble finding the channels I want to watch.

People are pulling out of cable faster than Obama pulled out of Iraq.
