I have pretty high expectations for this place if it's part of the Szechuan Bistro family. Definately on the "must try" list.

That area of town could really use some good restaurants.

Bet this is a big success.

It's decent. Been there there times, had overlooked things on the service side two of those, but chalking that up to being new and being there at lunch rush.

Went there last night for an early dinner. The entire time between 4:30 and 5:30 the place was completely empty.

It's a big, nice space with a 10-seat sushi bar and another 10-seat regular bar. Finishes were all quite nice.

I had the diced chicken and peppers as it was shown as 2 peppers on the menu, their highest rating of heat.

As you can see from the photo, the dish was absolutely covered in whole peppers. They weren't particularly spicy and had that odd, paper-like consistency you sometimes get... And I really don't like.

The rest was just diced chicken in some type of oil and white rice. Decent enough but I didn't eat 1/4 of the peppers and the whole thing was just okay.

The owner was very, very nice and said their clay pot dishes are the most popular, so will try those next time.

I go there for lunch sometimes, gets decently packed at lunch. Glad they're open at night though as I've also picked up to go orders after working late.

We have gone as a group at night and have been very pleased, food & service were both very good.

My wife gets a similar dish at Schezuan Bistro that is intestines but most of what you see is peppers, which she doesn't eat. Evidently it's very good because she keeps ordering that dish.

I stopped by today for lunch. When mentioning Szechuan Bistro they had no idea what I was talking about though haha. I enjoyed it. May turn into a part of my rotation.
