Looking to obtain real estate sales license. Any recommendation as to a solid real estate school in the metro? Or is online classes just as effective?

I took mine at Francis Tuttle in person last November. They have various schedules but I took the one where it was M-F 8-5 for 3 weeks. Of course it all depends on your personal schedule. I had coworkers do it online through Burroughs (http://www.burroughsco.com/) or Charles Barnes (http://www.charlesbarnes.com/) and had no problem with it. I found it much better and more informative to take a class in person where you can get good interaction with the teacher and other students. Makes things less confusing if you can ask questions in person. Scroll down to Adult Career Development>View Upcoming Classes> Real Estate Test Prep> Real Estate Basic Course I of II http://www.francistuttle.edu/classOfferings/default.aspx . You will need to pass the class test with an 80%, then pass the State Exam with a 75%.

Fill out this form first and make sure to get fingerprint card too. You'll want to check the Provisional Sales box. This process takes a while and if you do it first by the time you are done with your class you should get the green light to take the State Exam. https://www.ok.gov/OREC/documents/Combined%20Application%20March%2028%202016%20%20AP P.pdf

The 45 hour post license course is pretty much limited to online and I am doing that currently through Charles Barnes.
