Anybody that thinks Talequa or Miami are deserving of the high rankings is smokin something.

This list is merely quantitative and not qualitative. If you have a small population and a lot of run down beer bars with painted over windows, you would score high. If you had a few overgrown and un programmed parks, you score high. If your economics is so bad that few fast food chains want to locate there, guess what...you score high. What a bogus and lazy list.

Given their metrics I probably couldn't argue. Weird metrics though.
