Trees have been removed and ground work has started at the corner of 24th SE and Lindsey. Anyone know what is going in at that location?

Haven't been out that way in awhile but the S.E. corner is owned by McClain Bank. Not sure if this is the lot you are talking about.

Yea! storage barns are really needed in this town, being in such short supply and all. I sure hope more go up, preferably like this project, near an intersection where I don't visit much.

Storage units

If this is going to be storage units, either it is only one business for the corner or it will be the largest corner of storage units in the state. That corner is too large to hold only storage units. It is large enough for a Lowe's or Home Depot or something along that line. This side of town needs some good restaurants (those without drive thru's). Storage Units are such a disappointment.

If this is going to be storage units,...

There is no "if" about it.

There will eventually be a bank and some other retail buildings there but the first thing being constructed will be storage units. Which aren't disappointing at all if you need a place to store all the stuff you probably don't need to begin with.

Thank you OK BBQ. My wife owns the thrift store to the north and west. This is good news.
