I saw an article in the paper today about the Serapio Tortilla factory filing bankruptcy and they mentioned the name "Serapio Sanchez" who owned a few restaurants in the OKC area. Is this the man that owned the El Rancho Sanchez restaurants? They said that he had nothing to do with the tortilla factory or Don Serapio's Mexican restaurant. Just curious.
