Who does one call to get rules for new carports clarified. A couple hired me to build one for them and they gave me the parameters as they understood them and I got started. After a few hours of work they said they had gotten wrong info and had me make a major change. And then today they found out that we had to make another change but that the first change had be unnecessary as the first info was correct. The poor woman doesn't know how to "get in their face" and so is being jerked around. I am beginning that they are fishing for bribe money to approve it. Who should I call to get this straight?
