Saw a short snippet in the paper about a hotel being built adjacent to the Health-Plex. Very minimal info in the article. Anyone know anything about this?

The hotel, which is scheduled to begin construction in late summer 2015, will be a mixture of extended stay suites and traditional hotel rooms, operated under the Best Western Plus brand. The opening is scheduled for summer 2016.
Further details on the size and amenities of the property will be announced when plans are finalized in early June.

I spoke to someone who in my experience has a good record of knowing about developments in this area, and he told it will "take up 6 of the lots east of the strip mall, south of Sonic & the medical building". So, if I'm understanding it right, immediately to the west of the hospital on the other side of Healthplex Parkway.
