My friend Chris, from London is coming over in a week and wants Instant decaf cappuccino coffee but we haven't been able to locate it locally. She says that she knows at least two companies that make it, Nestle and Maxwell House. Anybody have any suggestions? She will appreciate it because two months of coffee could put her over the weight limit and that's another fifty dollars!
Thanks,
C. T.

Zookeeper and Throckmorton,
Based on your responses and the limited time I have till she arrives (March 2nd), I will order the Nescafe Cappuccino Unsweetened Decaffenated from Amazon today. It would have been nice to have found it locally, but this is a good solution.
Thanks,
C. T.

CT, with the weather coming in, if it gets ugly out, having the coffee delivered may be safer than searching around locally.
happy for you and your friend that you are getting some time to visit.

It would have been nice to have found it locally, but this is a good solution.CT, FWIW I've ordered French's Brown Gravy Mix from Amazon after being unable to find any locally, and their "normal" delivery method is Priority Mail taking about 7 days. They do offer FedEx Overnight at extra cost if you need it quicker and in this case might be worth it. And I second Kevin's comment about delivery being the best option for folks like you and I in the current weather conditions...

Kevin and Jim,
Since I retired, I always have enough food and beer to last for a while because I don't go out in bad weather, not even when it's just raining. And of course, I avoid weekends and holidays whenever I can. I even have an important doctor appointment Tuesday but if the roads aren't clear, I will reschedule it.
And I should mention, after ordering from Amazon, they said it would take about 19 days to deliver it. I tried to change shipping methods, but there is only one option. I did some google work and found that it is made in the U. K. and that's why the long delivery time. Chris will bring one pack (10 teabags) with her, that should hold her till the Amazon shipment arrives.
