It really is nice to be selected as a top 15 or 20 places to see. I think we were one of 3 or 4 in the USA. Great pub.

This is awesome. Especially because of the different things that they highlighted. The fact that they talk about AA, Midtown, Back Door BBQ, streetcar expansion, etc. is big. They actually spent the time (or talked to someone from here) to know what the actual hotspots were vs. talking about Cattleman's, Stockyards, etc. that are typically brought up when a major publication mentions OKC in similar articles.

they used an extremely nice picture of the most urban area of the city!

very nice insider-style write-up vs. the standard CoC verbage ONLY about Bricktown; even Asian District (and why to go there) got a plug.

That photo in the article will be even better in 2018 when there are buildings behind the CCC or in 2025 when hopefully the CCC is gone and new development is in place.

That photo was taken before Knuck's Wheelhouse opened in the street level space on the right and also before Yucatan Taco Stand appeared in the street level space on the left. If taken today the photo would actually have much more activity and visual interest.

surprised they didn't mention the Arts Festival as the best time to come. But I suppose the Marathon, which was mentioned, is taking place at the same time?

No, the Arts Festival and Marathon are not at the same time.

No, the Arts Festival and Marathon are not at the same time.

The marathon has been on the last day of the Arts Festival the past few years.

You are correct. I was mistaken. It's mostly over before the Arts Festival opens at 11:00AM but it does happen on the same day.
