My employer is offering B12 and Lipotropic shots shots to the employees, at cost. I've not heard of Lipotropic shots before, has anybody had one of these and what are they used for?

B12 I've had but I will have to look up the other. Helps with fat burning and has other beneficial effects. I may look into this type of injection.
