I guess good manners when traveling are gone forever

Ive not seen most of those examples, thank goodness. I have had the toes creeping betwwen the wall and the edge of the seat. As has been mentioned elsewhere, I blame the virtual non-existance of legroom. This doesn't explain the guy with his shirt off or the other in his boxers.
