With a population of almost 85,000, Edmond’s low crime rate is astonishing. For the whole of 2012, there were only 85 violent crimes reported, making your chance of becoming a victim of violent crime just one in 1,000. According to the Edmond Police Department, this bustling community is “one of the safest cities of its size in the country.” Despite the size of this city, a reverence for the past, combined with a commitment to growth, makes Edmond an attractive place to visit and call home.

Yup.

Didn't know Oklahoma had 50 cities. Maybe 50 towns and villages.
