whats the issue on NCAA and discovery?

I think as the investigation wraps, and according to the ESPN article it seems like it is getting close, there will be more lawsuits. The ESPN article does a good job pointing out some of the more obvious errors and inaccuracies in the SI piece (which should be pretty embarrassing, since all of them would easily have been verified with basic records checks). I think there are more that will come out, and I hope folks continue to file action against SI if that turns out to be the case.
