Watch this funny traffic video filmed at North 15th and Walker. For some reason, when you put "Yakkity-Sax" under a video, it's hilarious.

Let's Run a Stop Sign (Youtube) (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qTY-U4gvq0E)

Of course, the subject matter is not funny. Walker Ave. has become an expressway between Downtown, Midtown, 23rd street, and Paseo. It's getting bad.

Still... "Yakkity-Sax"!

They need to put a yield sign up. It's obvious that the other cross street has little traffic.

I'm surprised someone hasn't mention a roundabout yet. Lol

This really doesn't bother me much if any. It's ridiculous how many stop signs are in that stretch. I can't say I haven't been guilty of it a few times. Like it was already stated, it needs to be a yield sign.

And that stop sign is improperly placed. It should be before the sidewalk / crosswalk, not after it.

Not like and of those people stopped anyway.

There was probably no thought about moving the stop sign after the side walk was built.

I kept expecting to see Benny Hill running across the street followed by a bald guy and a buxom british bird.

Funny video, but is it as dire a problem as the creator makes it?

Those are great Sid

I like the traffic circle suggestion by Sid.

Interesting that the poster of the video is calling out Meg personally, since the home shown most prominently (gray with white columns and trim, catty-corner to the camera placement) was her home for years.

Hey, if this can work, why worry about a little 'ole Stop sign. ;)
