Sorry if this has been covered on another thread. I tried searching but couldn't find anything.

I called them today to see about booking space for an upcoming event and was told they will be shutting down in June.

All that was said was that the building owner was 'creedy' and had raised the rent to the point that they could no longer make money renting the space out for events.

That's really too bad as I've attended events there and the space is wonderful.
