Pish-Posh. I have to disagree with parts of this analysis. It ranks my street in the 37th percentile. I disagree. Anecdotally, my street is concrete, old, shows some signs of age, but very serviceable for the next several decades. If I wanted new streets, I would reside in a new neighborhood.
