Did y'all catch that on the news..."The Best Time To Eat." If I didn't know better (and I don't), I'd swear that 7-Eleven Corp. funded this study. It seems the BEST times to eat are:

Breakfast at 7:11 AM

Lunch at 12:38 PM

Supper at 6:14 PM

Geesh, I just bet the government or some college is funding some study of bovine gas emissions! Oh wait...

I think you're on to something. Did you also notice that if you add up the digits for the second time and divide by two you get 7. If you add up the digits of the third time you get 11. Coincidence? I think not.

If the government is part of it then I'm immediately skeptical. The government
isn't very scientific.

I looked into this further...and it appears that this was directed at folks on a diet. I'm surprised that They didn't specify the proper time to eat Soylent Yellow as compared to Soylent Green.
Have you seen what the Brilliant Minds (in the Government Food Pyramid Redoing Cubicles) came up with to replace the Food Pyramid?
It looks a lot like this:

I sent the same thought to the first "Foodie" Mag that published the New! Improved!! version (of The [former] Food Pyramid] but they didn't publish it. Probably something to do with copyrighting. Like "a recipe for disaster" . . . =)

Was this before or after FLOTUS planted her veggie garden and changed the Food Pyramid forever, or was that Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs she attempted to change?

Have you ever seen a more perfect acronym than: FLOTUS?
(i haven't . . )
She's the power behind the throne.

Don't ever dis Maslow. Maslow had it goin' on. Plus, he might have been Jewish.
(my small contribution to The International [fill in the blank] Conspiracy. =)

It just occurred to me that if she--the FLOTUS--had planted some cotton as a tribute to Gandhi and then had her staff knit some homemade garments (as a tribute to . . . uh . . . Gandhi? whatever) it might have pushed the envelope of "Political Correctness" and forced all of us to re-think ramping up our robust responses to events at the end of the day.

For the record: Maslow's wife was always kvetching too. but in a good way. hence the pyramid scheme.

Regardless of the rest of the stuff, Venus and Mars are alright tonight.
The world can stop worrying about events in the Ukraine and the CSSR (Crimean Soviet Socialist Republic).
President O is eating his vegetables. (them organic ones . . . from the President's House Garden.
"white house" has negative connotations and must be avoided at all costs, caloric and otherwise. =)

Never forget, in the end, regardless of timing, no matter who it is, regardless of race creed or color,
it all comes down to Life In The Food Chain:

(Maslow told me that. I used a Ouija Board to channel him.)
(thank you, Mitch Hedberg, et. al. =)

(there's "kvetching" and then there is "kvetching" . . .)

(I think St. Wanda should appear before St. Oprah does. And I ain't 'Catholic'.)_

I'll assume that schedule is based on the average person that gets up at 5am and goes to bed at 10pm?

I don't do "Comedy Clubs" . . . it's against my religion.
(yet . . . somehow I find the time to listen to Garrison Keillor and think about supporting PBS/NPR. =)
(possibly even turning Homegrown--gasp--Democrat)

There's "food" . . . and then there is "food for thought."
This is neither of those.

(did I forget George Carlin or Robert KleinWilliams? . . . I don't make this stuff up. I stand on the shoulders of giants. =)

(In honor of the JDL I have to add Mort Sahl and a trace of Henny Youngman)

Just out of curiosity . . . (neil de grasse Tyson--of chicken processing fame--asked me to ask) . . .
How close is The Looney Bin to that Offensive Convenience Store?
Is it, like, less than 6000 Light Years? =)

So . . . How long would it take a TeaPartytotaller?
(sorry . . . that could be misconstrued as "coaching the witness".)

Edited to Add: Please note the careful distinction between witness and witless.
glad you got the joke.

(are there any "Patels" lurking in the vicinity of the convenience store in question?
what do you mean "what question"? obviously it was the most recent one. ^ =)

Tonight (going back to the OP): It's Turkey Meatballs, with American Beauty Spaghetti and a little mushroom/spinach/pepper thing on the side.
