It's not much, but they were bound to go up sometime.
Add fuel adjust charge to the base KWH to get true rate.
Rates do not include fees/taxes.

Winter rate goes from 7.7 cents to 7.95 cents per KWH
Summer rate for "fixed rate" customers goes from 7.92 to 7.95, if you are over 1400KWH per month both rate are up 1.1 cents
The 1400KWH+ rate only applies to fixed rate customers, Smarthours customers don't pay higher rates over 1400KWH.

Smarthours customers go from 4.5 to 4.9 off peak.
Smarthours on "high peak" rate (not critical) goes from 23 cents to 21.7 (decrease for 2014)
Critical rate also dropped 1.3 cents.
