41,000 sq. ft. store coming to the NW Corner of Main Street and Yukon Parkway (Mustang Road). 41 acre development....probably other retailers coming soon. Goes to Yukon Council this week.

Previous flyer on the land tract.

Not a bad option. The Neighborhood Markets are so much nicer than Supercenters. Still hoping for a Crest! Wal-Mart is stepping up their presence even more. There must be a lot of competition coming in for them to be doing this. Especially since they dominate the market anyways.

I think they are pre-empting the entrance of competition into the market. Oklahoma City grocery shopping is completely dominated by Wal-Mart but people have proven they are open to shopping elsewhere if given that option. Increased Wal-Mart saturation makes it less likely that somebody else such as Kroger or Reasor's will come in and set up shop. This is completely my opinion and I have no knowledge of the actual business practices of Wal-Mart or their competitors.

I did hear a rumor that Crest is looking to build on Mustang Road between Yukon and Mustang. I can see this years down the road when the two are more connected than today but nothing short term.

Completely agree.

Hopefully things will start to pick up for something like this to happen quicker. For now, I'm happy with Target having more of a selection.

I'm just not a fan of getting my card compromised (Targer). I'll stick with Walmart.
