Thought this would be fun to see, I'm sure it's a wide variety on here.

I have an iPhone 5S and love it.

Iphone 4. I think. It has facetime, that's all I know. And a graphic of an apple, sometimes.

Samsung Galaxy 4 active (a freebie contract extension phone via best buy online over thanksgiving weekend)
Probably does 800 things I'll never use or even know about. To me, getting this phone simply meant
(a) I did not need to go to wal-mart (where G3's were < $1 w/ contract extension.)
(b) I get to drive my youngest son nutso via my lack of interest in the bells, gizmos and gee whizzes

I just bought a pay-as-you-go LG Optimus V on ebay for $15 to use only as a wireless android GPS server for my rooted nook.

My carry is an iphone 4. Could have upgraded anytime but I'd rather have my teeth pulled than swap phones before I break it, lose it or it stops running.

iPhone 4 still running an old IOS.

I was running the original ios until last weekend. Updated it and after a week, there are a few issues with it running slow. Facebook sucks for speed completely but it wasn't that great before. Some other things hang a bit but not too bad. I am able to run a couple of apps I wanted but couldn't.

iPhone 5, I have been hooked on Apple products since my iPhone 4. I will probably own the iPhone 6, 7, 8, 9.... you get the picture.

Galaxy S4. $279, no contract through Cricket. Figure the TOTAL COST of owning the phone for 2 years. Paying $100/mo for a contract phone instead of $50 is a $1200 difference over 2 years.

iPhone 5S was the same price, but couldnt see spending the same money for a 4" screen vs. 5" on S4. What's up with Apple and thier small screens anyways? No choice of what screen size to buy? With Andriod, you get whatever screen size you want, from 3.5" to 5.5"+.

To me the screens of some other brands/models are getting too big to carry around in a pocket comfortably, that is why I prefer the iPhone 5.

With Andriod you get a CHOICE, you don't have to get the bigger screen if you don't want it. Makes me wonder how many "4" is big enough" iPhone users will buy the bigger screen if they offer it on the next iPhone?

I had a Droid Incredible before the iPhone 5 (32GB), had another iPhone model before the Incredible. I hated that implementation of the Android platform and how some apps were restricted to the main phone memory instead of being able to move it to the MicroSD card because it seemed that I was always bumping up against the memory capacity. That was the main reason why I went back to the iPhone.

Galaxy S4 here. Probably will keep it until the S6 comes out in a couple years. Not really seeing any need to jump to the S5 this year.

I did buy the Incredible about 4-5 years ago so I would imagine the implementation is better but I wouldn't buy another HTC again. There are some apps that I like that haven't typically been available on the Droid platform. I am happy with the iPhone 5 and don't plan on changing anytime soon.

iPhone 4S and Blackberry Bold(work owned)
I have too many cool accessories for 4S to upgrade anytime soon. The iPhone 5s are all nice but don't want to buy all new stuff.

If I need a larger screen, I am using my iPad. My iPad goes with me anywhere I might want spend time surfing the web, watching a movie, doing work or playing a game. I don't have a need to carry two tablets. I prefer a phone that is small enough to fit in my shirt pocket. I don't need a belt clip or clothes with oversized pockets. I can carry the iPhone in the pocket of my jeans or in the back pocket of my work uniform pants. Not to mention my biggest issue with Android is that you have to have a charger on you at all times especially if you put it to work. With the iPhone I can get anywhere from 6-8 hours use on it. Not mention, switching to airplane mode charges it in a little over an hour.

How does iPhone handle memory conflicts between phone and memory card?

Andriod gives you a CHOICE of screen size, if you want a smaller screen then buy one. iPhone thinks that everybody should have the 4" screen.

No memory card, I have the 32GB model of internal, chip memory (with the iPhone 5 there are 16GB, 32GB and 64GB models). There is no artificial segment of memory that some programs are required to operate in. I also like the screen size, so it is a good choice for me.
