I test my dogs everyday and they usually fail. But seriously I think animal testing is being fazed out as scientists learn new ways to test drugs.

I'm not an advocate of animal testing. I say test it on willing humans who
understand the dangers.

Testing on animals makes about as much sense as abortion. We all know
abortion doesn't make any sense at all.

They can eliminate testing on animals when computer based tests eliminate every possible product liability and lawsuits against product defects are a thing of the past.

Let us know when that happens.

I am willing to bet animal testing and research positions that go with it will just be outsourced to other countries.

Never have liked animal testing. It's cruel and barbaric.

No doubt that it will. I see animal testing as bad as abortion.

True, true and true. It's as barbaric as abortion.

SWA, at the time I was working cargo, did not ship animals. I would walk up and down the freight dock and visit other airlines. I would see animals being shipped in for medical testing at OU. Ferrets for ulcer test, I've had ferrets as pets for 30+ years, it bothered me. All kinds of critters were shipped in and use. Breeders would call them culls, I would call them innocents.
