Here is a new one called Daisy Exchange.

Kingston Office Park finally taking shape


Site plan approved for commercial office building

The Edmond Planning Commission approved the site plan this week for a commercial office building on the west side of Kelly and South of Covell Village Drive. The vote was 5-0 for the request made by The Offices at Covell Village LLC.

“This is not a situation where we have a sensitive border,” Schiermeyer said. “They have a brick veneer building, pitched roof; the same we have seen throughout this area.”

The building will be 5,812 square feet with at least 22 parking spaces, Schiermeyer said. Twenty-nine more spaces are immediately adjacent to the building in an area shared with the Covell Village Office Park Complex.

No further action on this item is necessary by the Edmond City Council, Moore said.

Oak Tree Park grows

Planning commissioners this week approved the preliminary plat for Oak Tree Business Park, west of Kelly Avenue, north of Coffee Creek Road and south of the Oak Tree Park Second Addition. Plans call for 11 lots designed to be sold individually. There will be a central drive and it will be designed as home-style offices. City council members will make a final decision on the plat during their Sept. 8 meeting. Neighbors have been promised an 80-foot buffer.
