Southbound traffic flow on May, south of 122nd, has been hampered by traffic cones closing the right lane for awhile. Yesterday, I finally paid attention to why and I noticed that they are constructing what looks to be a very nice sidewalk connecting those formerly pointless "curb/ramp" things.
