I'm glad I don't recognize a lot of those.

Disappointed The Human Fund didn't make the list :)

There are so many of these so-called charities that provide only a tiny
fraction to the group they claim to help.

I'd like to know what St. Jude's history is. From the looks of things,
when I drive through Memphis, the money is well spent. I don't know.

I remember in the 80's when Paul Harvey called the Shriner's out. They
were spending about $8 million of the the $12 million they received
on their yearly drunken bash.

The sad thing is that people get wrapped up in the emotion of TV ads
and billboards. That's a poor reason to give to a cause. Do some research!

I know that the Salvation Army spends the majority of it's funding on
helping people. It's one of the best charity's in the world.
