This is a new one... Bunch of building permits were issued in May but I don't know if construction has actually commenced.

Also, their Facebook page says apartments AND condos.


Glad to see this area of Lincoln getting more action.

Just realized this is the old Park Place Apartments that are just being remodeled.

The complex was built in 1967 but obviously they are doing some serious upgrades.

How much money was on the building permit? The complex has been in horrible shape lately. I wonder if the existing residents are staying...

Project is well underway, in fact looks to be nearing completion. Have been by a number of times in past weeks. Seriously upgraded.

looking at living at this complex...anyone hear anything good or bad about them? For as nice as they seem, I wouldn't expect them to be in this location.

A friend of mine lives there. They were just renovated like two or three years ago. He seems pretty happy there. I haven't heard any complaints from him, anyway.
