Get some exercise and support the Carl Albert Middle School and High School Cross Country teams!

The event is Saturday August 24 at the new Cross Country course just behind Carl Albert Middle School in Midwest City. Registration will open at 7:00am and the run/walk will begin at 8:00am! The cost is $20 and includes a T-shirt.
