I am moving to OKC near the end of the month and am looking for a place to live near bricktown. I already know about deep deuce and the garage loft apartments, are there any other places that you know of and also what do you hear about the other two places? thanks for your help.

You've definitely come to the right place. Welcome to OKC! If you need any real estate assistance, I'd be more than happy to speak with you - karrie@churchillbrown.com

If you are renting or leasing, I can also put some feelers out for vacancies.

You'll get a lot of help on this board, welcome.

Deep Deuce http://www.deepdeuceapts.com/live/site/trlm.rz and Garage Loft apartments are definitely options. But there are others.

There's also Sycamore Square (very nice and not too pricey) http://www.apartmentguide.com/Property/property.asp?wsv_psPropertyID=9674&wsv_psRownum=25&wsv_qsSessionID=269815471&wsv_qsListType=1&wsv_qsPartner=-1&wsv_qsGeoKey=1,37,104&wsv_qsKeyword=&wsv_qsRegisteredFlag=0&wsv_qsBrowseStatus=0&wsv_qsSearchStatus=1&wsv_qsReferringURL=&wsv_qsSCartStatus=0&wsv_qsLowPrice=0&wsv_qsHighPrice=99999&wsv_qsBR=0,1,2,3,4&wsv_qsTerm=3&wsv_qsAdvancedSearch=&wsv_qsNoAreas=False&wsv_qsSFlg=, the Regency Tower Apartments near the National Memorial http://www.apartmentguide.com/Property/property.asp?wsv_psPropertyID=5915&wsv_psRownum=24&wsv_qsSessionID=269815471&wsv_qsListType=1&wsv_qsPartner=-1&wsv_qsGeoKey=1,37,104&wsv_qsKeyword=&wsv_qsRegisteredFlag=0&wsv_qsBrowseStatus=0&wsv_qsSearchStatus=1&wsv_qsReferringURL=&wsv_qsSCartStatus=0&wsv_qsLowPrice=0&wsv_qsHighPrice=99999&wsv_qsBR=0,1,2,3,4&wsv_qsTerm=3&wsv_qsAdvancedSearch=&wsv_qsNoAreas=False&wsv_qsSFlg=, the Montgomery Apartments (pricey, but in the Arts District) http://www.apartmentguide.com/Property/property.asp?wsv_psPropertyID=44091&wsv_psRownum=22&wsv_qsSessionID=269815471&wsv_qsListType=1&wsv_qsPartner=-1&wsv_qsGeoKey=1,37,104&wsv_qsKeyword=&wsv_qsRegisteredFlag=0&wsv_qsBrowseStatus=0&wsv_qsSearchStatus=1&wsv_qsReferringURL=&wsv_qsSCartStatus=0&wsv_qsLowPrice=0&wsv_qsHighPrice=99999&wsv_qsBR=0,1,2,3,4&wsv_qsTerm=3&wsv_qsAdvancedSearch=&wsv_qsNoAreas=False&wsv_qsSFlg= or http://www.gardnertanenbaumgroup.com/, 5th Avenue Lofts (in Automobile Alley) www.boyington.com.

Coventry Cove are affordable good apartments not too far from downtown. http://www.npma.ws/oklahoma/coventry_cove.htm

Midtown towns and studios is new, but you might check it out: http://www.apartmentguide.com/Property/property.asp?wsv_psPropertyID=44743&wsv_psRownum=26&wsv_qsSessionID=269815471&wsv_qsListType=1&wsv_qsPartner=-1&wsv_qsGeoKey=1,37,104&wsv_qsKeyword=&wsv_qsRegisteredFlag=0&wsv_qsBrowseStatus=0&wsv_qsSearchStatus=1&wsv_qsReferringURL=&wsv_qsSCartStatus=0&wsv_qsLowPrice=0&wsv_qsHighPrice=99999&wsv_qsBR=0,1,2,3,4&wsv_qsTerm=3&wsv_qsAdvancedSearch=&wsv_qsNoAreas=False&wsv_qsSFlg=

Another one not mentioned is an old 10-story or so tower just north of downtown. I'm blanking on the name, but if someone can think of it I know there is a website for it. It's on Broadway or Robinson maybe at about 13th.
