The victim ran to La Luna Mexican Cafe, 409 W Reno Ave., and called police, according to the report. An officer found her hiding in the restaurant's kitchen and asked her to come sit with him in the front dining area and tell him what happened.


While the woman was talking to the officer, she began to panic as a man walked into the dining area, the report said. The officer confronted the man, who said he was only trying to get a drink.
