Hello folks -

My current lease is up in January. I was wondering if anyone knows of any downtown housing (for purchase) that will be available at that time. If not, what about 6 months later (June 2006)? I am looking for reliable information so I can decide whether or not to renew my lease, and if I do, should I do a 6 month lease or a 12 month lease?

I am primarily interested in condos/townhouses, but would be willing to consider renting as well.

I would not count on any new housing being available until late 2006. At that time, you will probably have at least two new major housing options, maybe more. I have a special site that lists much of the current housing options - you can access it through www.downtownguy.blogspot.com.
