After all of these years they have started clearing that corner. It looks like there had been plans for a larger development, but for now they appear to be starting with a Firestone Auto Center just south of the corner.

There is a bid posted for "Natural Grocers" at this location. There is currently one location in Norman.

I think that's on the SW corner, maybe. Don't remember when I took the plans off which corner it was.

I drove by this location on Sunday. From the looks of it there's a pre-graded road through the lot which curves around to 164th St.

I don't know about the actual construction but there was a $850,000 building permit issued for 16400 N. Western (SE Corner of 164th & Western) for a 8,800 square foot Firestone Complete Auto Care.

We have a Natural Grocers here in west Texas (just moved from Edmond this summer) and we love it. My daughter has a dairy allergy and it has almost everything we need (helps that both United and HEB also are so much better than Crest/Homeland/etc). NG has good prices, a good selection (for the limited space). Hopefully the one there will be very similar.
