Anyone have an opinion on either one of these individuals? It seems as if Heiple came out of nowhere and is well funded. Gallagher is the sitting incumbent and has questioned the monetary support Greg has received from outside the ward. I'd appreciate anyone with personal knowledge of either to share it. Thanks.
