I'm sure the answer to this question is somewhere here in the forum, but over the past week or so there is new dirt moving around on May Ave right next to Whataburger and Jack in the Box in front of Dave and Busters. Anyone have any idea what's coming?

It originally looked like that out-parcel (Lot 3) would be another restaurant but there was a $440,000 building permit about a month ago for a 4,400 square foot retail building. Not sure of the tenant(s).

I've been wondering

There's already an AT&T on May at 63rd St. in a fairly new development on the SW corner of the intersection.

I saw today that they have a concrete structure up. No windows on the south side. A Door on the west side. It looks like windows and storefront on the north side. Does not really look like it will be anything interesting.

I believe this is just more shell retail space.

Not sure of the tenants, or if they even have any yet.

It almost looks like a CVS or Walgreens space, but there is one of each a quarter mile away.
