What diet foods and drinks have you tried? Did you like the taste of them? Did they work?
As I write this, I am drinking a diet coke with Splenda. That flavor is new to the market, and one I first heard about in California last month.
It has zero calories, so I could drink as much as I want. Man! It is sweet. It tastes like sugar with a little ice tea for flavor. After aquiring the taste, I might stick with it.
