Came across this article and seems like, along with the housing and hotel market, apartments are booming in OKC.

The Edge, NW 13 and Walker Avenue, 250 units.

Maywood Apartments, NE 4 and Oklahoma Avenue, 139 units.

Liberty Pointe, Interstate 240 and S Air Depot Boulevard, 312 units.

The Grove, Oklahoma Highway 9 and 12th Ave. SE, Norman, 224.

Shores at K-Rock, northwest corner of Rockwell Avenue and Memorial Road, 300 units.

The Trails at Rockwell, northeast corner of Rockwell Avenue and Memorial Road, 450 units.

Canyon Ranch, east of Park at Westpointe Parkway, Yukon, 300 units.

The Falls at Brookhaven, Rock Creek south of 36th Ave. NW, Norman, 154 units.


Bricktown East, 505 E Sheridan Ave., 250 units.

Also 119th and Western. I saw about 20 building permits for apartments near the southwest corner of that intersection (between Oreilly's auto parts and the church).

The river is much larger than appears.

Although I don't get the reference with the river...unless it's one of those backwoods Arkansas things, lol.

They have started dirt work on the property North of Westmoore High School. Looks like the apartments will be called "Traditions at Westmoore"
