Could you define what you consider to be good and 10-20 minutes from where? I can't tell if you're asking about restaurants, bowling alleys, gas stations, or what.

Me and some buddies of mine did tunnel exploration underneath the OSU campus in Stillwater. So many tunnels connecting those buildings that you could get hurt if alone and no one would find you... until the next curious group comes upon you.

Tunnels are no joke. I highly suggest a hardhat if you attempt anything similar.
