Just wondering who built it.

That would be Robert Stoops and the pink Cadillac wife.
It’s not that far from where I live so I drive by it some.
I think the house has more of an old French look to it than anything that’s modern.

I think they are referring to the house that is north of the Stoops house. It's the cinderblock with the red and yellow accents. I don't know who built it though.
