OSU is have an independently organized TED event right now. Boone Pickens, Rand Elliot, Piyush Patel among others are speakers. These are always interesting and this one features some local business leaders.

I had tickets, but I couldn't make it today.

Pickens' talk was great, then they kind of lost me with the ergonomics lady.

I had the opportunity to attend, and it was a great event. There were some unexpected empty seats, but the crowd was very into the program. OSU did a great job putting it together. I didn't like all the presenters, but mot were pretty good. The repeat is supposed to be posted online in a couple weeks.

I wish I'd have known about this sooner. I love TED talks!
