He was the coach at OU when I started to college there. I"ve very sorry to hear about his tragic death.

Me too. I have known Bob since 2004. We didn't have direct relations but I knew him through my stepmom as he checked her pool chemical levels for her and I would see him out and about along May Avenue at places like Cousins and Nancy's Lighthouse if he wasn't at Juniors. I have been on his boat (a mighty fine one) at Lake Texoma and I will miss his presence immensely. He was a wonderful person to be around, always enlightening and he will sorely be missed. I hope to hear of a memorial or service for him as I would like to attend.

I seem to remember Al Eschbach coming to OU because of Go-Go Bob.
