This has been discussed on many threads, so I thought it would be helpful to post the map of the various design review districts.

For reference, the Lincoln Terrace area is State-controlled and zoned, not OKC HP.

Also, this map doesn't reflect that the commercial portion of the Paseo is actually in Urban Design review now, not HP.

The Urban Conservation zoning is an antiquated, semi-spot zoning tailored to each individual neighborhood. You might consider it zoned deed restrictions (no carports, where to store trash cans, etc).
