Does anyone have any experience with K9 Advantix? We just moved out where there are a lot of bugs because of a field. I'm sure the dry winter was a help too. We currently have our 2 beagles on Frontline Plus. I've seen that K9 Advantix does more to repel flea/ticks, and also helps with mosquitoes. I know the dogs are getting bothered by the mosquitoes right now. Does anyone have any success stories with K9 Advantix, or any recommendations against? Thanks.

Pete suggested I try Friproguard by Sentry and I got some from Amazon. So far it's worked pretty good and it's a lot cheaper than Frontline or Advantix.

All my dogs use Advantix for fleas with good results. To prevent ticks we use tick collars from PetSmart (Zodiak). It helps to apply oil to the surface of the collars (skin side). We have done this for several years, living in the country.
