Noticed there are bulldozers, land graders, and some other equipment on this land. Also the little fences they use to keep construction debris from blowing around. This is east of I-44, not west which I know is the new Portland Ave. alignment under construction.

Anyone know what is going on?

I have heard that P.B. Odom is developing that tract. I haven't heard any specifics though.
