The DO ran a story last Friday (7/13/2012) about protests in front of Children's Hospital, Saints and Mercy. They apparently have disappeared from Children's. Anybody know anything about Saints or Mercy?

But found it ironic that they are paying folks to picket and apparently not union either...LOL

That is an example of why most people do not believe today's unions have much credibility. If they would truly be an advocate for the members, there would be much less negative opinions about them.

I wonder if the $10 an hour the picketers receive will be worth it, with the hot weather coming this week?

At least this time if they get heat stroke they do not have far to go for help

They did a story on the "Shame on...." protesters in Denver. Most were street people, paid $8-10/hr and had no union benefits..........quite hypocritical.
