I think he's generally right. Anonymity doesn't make people into jackasses, some people just are.

Yep. I have met a few in real life that acted like jerks online but didn't take that same behavior to the real world but have met more who are pretty much the same online as offline. They tended to fall out of the group (motorcycle, car groups) quickly as others just didn't want to deal with them anymore.

Doesnt suprise me at all. One thing that ive learned is that its just way to easy to troll around the internet and life with a bad attitude. Why?

I've had some associates (not friends) in my personal life who have recently passed away and they walked around with piss poor attitudes about everything. Each day they approached life as if they had an ax to grind and were generally sh*tty to everyone they came in contact with. Thats a pretty miserable way to live a life.
