They were very wisely still open at midnight after the Pearl Jam concert on 11/16, taking advantage of those with the post-concert munchies...

I have noticed that usually do have late hours after events at the Peake as well.

I so wish other businesses in and around downtown would be more dynamic about their hours like this in tune with what's happening around them.
