At one time there were many unsecured warehouse/commercial brick buildings around downtown that were great for photography and video work. However, lately they have become pretty hard to find as they've been rehabilitated, demolished or boarded up.

I'm trying to find a couple of dilapidated or unsecured vacant older commercial buildings to use as the backdrop for a large video project I'm helping with. Wondering if anyone is aware of any such locations in or around downtown OKC?

My plan is to identify potential addresses, locate owner information and contact them and get permission for the people i am working with to be on the property. Prefer something not boarded up - so we have natural lighting and the more rustic looking the better.

Don't need electricity as all lighting and electrical needs will be met with a few small generators and marine batteries.

Any ideas?
