I was wondering if anyone else has tried to research information from the recently released 1940 Census. It's not that easy because you can only look up information by location and not by name. You have to pick a census area and then look through every page which was copied for that area. I was able to find my mother's family who lived in Mustang at the time. She was 15 then and is delighted by what I found. My father lived just outside of Norman and I haven't been able to locate his information yet. I did see a lot of very familiar names in reseaching both and it brought back a lot of memories.
